Projects in Progress and Pick-up Policies
Create-It Emporium is owned and operated by sisters Stefanie O'Keeffe and Joanna Redfern, along with an enthusiastic team of local artists and collaborators. The studio is a great place for all ages and levels to explore their creativity and expand their skills.
Mugs, garden decor, banks, boxes, serving ware, home decor, holiday decorations and more - There are lots of bisque-ware items to choose from. Prices include all your time, glazes and finishing in the kiln. All ages welcome.
You don't need an appointment to come in and paint! Drop-in anytime during our regular hours and choose between a large variety of Paint-Your-Own-Pottery projects. When your projects are finished, leave them with us for 7-10 days to be fired and finished.
If you do not finish painting your project in one sitting, we are happy to store it for you at the studio. Projects in progress will be held for 90 days. If you are not actively working on your piece within' this time, we will donate your piece to a local charity. No refunds will be given for donated pieces. Consider storing your project at home if you can't make it back in time!
When items from a birthday party are ready, the host will be contacted within 10 days of the party date. Items will be individually wrapped and labeled with the artist’s name. Birthday items are picked up as one group and it is up to the party host to distribute items back to the party guests. Birthday items cannot be separated and left at the studio for individual pick up.
Finished items will be held at the studio for 90 days from the date you were contacted for pick-up. If no other contact has been made by the customer in an attempt to organize a pick up, the items will be donated to a local charity after the 90 day period. There will be no refund given for donated items. This includes items from special events and birthday parties.
